Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • .5 cup dry white wine
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Toss the grated cheese with cornstarch in a large bowl.
  • In a saucepan, combine wine, garlic, and lemon juice; bring to a simmer.
  • Gradually add the cheese mixture to the saucepan, stirring until smooth and melted.
  • Transfer the mixture to a fondue pot and serve immediately.

Notes

Great served with crusty bread, vegetables, and pretzels.
