Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- olive oil or cooking spray to coat
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Prick the potatoes with the tip of a sharp knife and rub their skins with olive oil, or spray them with cooking spray. Season well with salt.
- Bake the potatoes in the air fryer at 400 for 40-50 minutes, turning over halfway to ensure an evenly crispy skin. Test them with a sharp knife to make sure they’re cooked through at the 40 minute mark.
