Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup strawberry jam
Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2️⃣ Combine graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the pan.
3️⃣ Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
4️⃣ Mix in sour cream until just combined. Pour over crust.
5️⃣ Warm strawberry jam slightly and swirl into the batter with a knife.
6️⃣ Bake for 45-50 minutes until center is almost set.
7️⃣ Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
8️⃣ Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes
You can swap strawberry jam for raspberry or blueberry for a fun twist!
