Ingredients
1 can refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
1 cup diced strawberries
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1–2 tbsp milk (or milk alternative)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
Unroll cinnamon roll dough and cut each roll into quarters.
In a bowl, mix strawberries, sugar, and cornstarch.
Flatten each dough piece slightly and fill with strawberry mix.
Pinch to seal and place seam-side down in the muffin tin.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
Mix powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze.
Drizzle glaze over warm bites and serve.
Notes
Try swapping strawberries for blueberries or raspberries for a fun twist!
