    For the Shrimp Boil:

    • 1 ½ lbs large shrimp, shell-on (fresh or thawed)
    • 1 lb baby potatoes (red or gold)
    • 3 ears corn, cut into thirds
    • 12 oz smoked sausage (Andouille or kielbasa), sliced
    • 1 lemon, quartered
    • 6 cloves garlic, smashed
    • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra spice)
    • 6 cups water

    For Serving:

    • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
    • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
    • Extra Old Bay seasoning (for sprinkling)

    Instructions

    1. Boil the Potatoes & Sausage:
      • In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil.
      • Add Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, cayenne, garlic, and lemon wedges.
      • Add potatoes and cook for 12-15 minutes, until fork-tender.
      • Add sliced sausage and cook for 3 more minutes.
    2. Add the Corn & Shrimp:
      • Add corn and cook for 5 minutes.
      • Finally, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, until pink and opaque.
    3. Drain & Serve:
      • Drain the shrimp boil and transfer everything to a large serving platter or a parchment-lined table.
      • Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Old Bay seasoning.
      • Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
