Ingredients

  • Fresh rosemary
  • Citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, limes)
  • Filtered or spring water
  • Optional sweetener (honey or agave syrup)
  • Instructions

  • Rinse fresh rosemary under cold water and pat dry.
  • Slice citrus fruits into thin rounds or wedges.
  • Place pieces of citrus and a sprig of rosemary in each ice cube tray compartment.
  • Fill with filtered water, covering herbs and citrus completely.
  • Add a drop of sweetener to each cube if desired.
  • Place the tray in the freezer and allow to freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Release the ice cubes from the tray and enjoy in your favorite drinks.
