Instructions
1️⃣ In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
2️⃣ Gradually add warm water, stirring until dough forms.
3️⃣ Knead dough lightly on a floured surface until smooth.
4️⃣ Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
5️⃣ Divide dough into 6-8 balls and flatten into discs.
6️⃣ Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
7️⃣ Fry each piece until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
8️⃣ Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
