Ingredients
8 ounces of rotini or macaroni pasta
1 pound ground beef
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced pickles
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until onions are translucent.
4. Stir in the beef broth, heavy cream, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
6. Stir in half of the cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
7. Remove from heat and top with remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
8. Garnish with diced pickles before serving.

You can customize this recipe by adding your favorite toppings like jalapenos or extra cheese!
