  • Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced kangaroo meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and egg.
  • Using your hands, mix the ingredients until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
  • Shape the mixture into oval or cylindrical shapes.
  • Chill the formed koftas in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cook the kofta by grilling on skewers or baking in the oven for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until browned.
