Ingredients

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped (or dill)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and mayonnaise.
2. Add the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic; mix well.
3. Stir in the chopped parsley, chives, and tarragon (or dill).
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Blend until smooth using an immersion blender or transfer to a food processor for a creamier texture.
6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
