Ingredients
10 cups of popped popcorn
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
1 cup of white chocolate chips
1/2 cup of red and green candies (like M&M’s or sprinkles)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the popped popcorn and salt.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and white chocolate chips together, stirring until smooth. Add in the vanilla extract.
3. Pour the melted mixture over the popcorn and toss until evenly coated.
4. Spread the popcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. While still warm, sprinkle the red and green candies over the popcorn.
6. Allow to cool completely before serving.
