Ingredients

– 1 cup mixed olives, pitted and halved
– 6 oz Havarti cheese, diced into bite-sized cubes
– 4 oz sliced turkey or chicken sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the diced Havarti cheese, sliced turkey or chicken sausage, halved olives, and sliced pickles. Toss gently to mix all the ingredients evenly.

2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. This will be your flavorful marinade.

3. Pour the marinade over the cheese and meat mixture, ensuring everything is well coated. Gently stir until all ingredients are combined and covered with the marinade.

4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture into an airtight container. Allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour, letting the flavors meld together beautifully.

5. Before serving, give the mixture another gentle stir. Transfer to a serving platter, and enjoy with toothpicks or crusty bread on the side.
