Ingredients
8 oz fettuccine pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes.
3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth, then season with more salt and pepper if needed.
5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat well.
6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For added flavor, you can include vegetables like broccoli or spinach in the dish. Adjust seasoning according to your taste!
