Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Remove from heat and serve immediately over your favorite pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
This Alfredo sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or microwave.
