Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
4. Sear the chicken in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Remove chicken from the skillet and place in a baking dish.
6. In the same skillet, add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning; mix well.
8. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the baking dish.
9. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
10. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
This dish can be served over pasta or with crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce. Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
