PILLSBURY BISCUIT GARLIC BUTTER CHEESE BALLS

Deliciously cheesy and buttery garlic balls made with Pillsbury biscuits, perfect as a snack or appetizer!

Ingredients

1 can of Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them in a mixing bowl.
4. Add the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to the biscuit pieces.
5. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the biscuit and cheese mixture; toss until well combined.
6. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

These cheese balls are best served warm. You can add additional herbs or spices to customize to your taste.
