Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can customize this casserole by adding other vegetables like bell peppers or peas. Feel free to use leftover turkey instead of chicken!
