Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 oz diced pimentos, drained
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch cake pans.
2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
3️⃣ In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
4️⃣ Mix in strawberry extract, strawberry puree, and pink food coloring.
5️⃣ Gradually add the dry ingredients, alternating with milk. Mix until combined.
6️⃣ Pour batter into the prepared pans and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool completely.
For the Icing:
7️⃣ Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
8️⃣ Add powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
9️⃣ Frost the cooled cakes and decorate as desired.
