Balsamic vinegar

Start by gathering all your ingredients. Chop your vegetables into bite-sized pieces for even cooking. Mince the garlic and set it aside. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat about 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Ensure the oil is hot before placing the chicken in the pan.
